Taylor has years of hands-on roofing and construction experience. He oversees project execution, quality control, crew leadership, and the technical side of the company. His focus is on doing the job correctly—and making sure homeowners understand exactly what to expect from start to finish.
Rachel brings organization, communication, and client-facing experience from running her own successful small business prior to entering the construction industry. She manages operations, brand development, community relationships, and the customer experience. Her perspective ensures the business runs smoothly and stays grounded in transparency.
